Job Description:
Westgate Technologies is seeking a strategic and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to lead our digital storefronts into their next phase of growth. In the fast-evolving ICT and consumer electronics sector, our online presence is more than a shop—it is a technical resource and a high-velocity revenue engine.
You will own the end-to-end digital sales funnel, from high-level strategy and budget management to the granular details of SEO and UX/UI optimization. This role is designed for a data-obsessed professional who can translate technical specifications for gadgets and hardware into compelling, high-converting digital experiences. If you have a proven track record of hitting revenue targets and optimizing the "Cost Per Acquisition" (CAC) in the tech retail space, we want you to lead our digital channels.
Requirements:
1. Digital Merchandising & Storefront Governance
Dynamic Merchandising: Oversee daily operations across the website and marketplaces, ensuring product listings, technical specs, and inventory are accurate and brand-consistent.
Conversion Engineering: Implement upselling, cross-selling, and bundling strategies specifically tailored for ICT hardware to increase the Average Order Value (AOV).
SEO & Content Optimization: Coordinate with graphics and IT teams to create high-impact landing pages, optimized product descriptions, and technical video content that ranks effectively.
2. Performance Marketing & Analytics
Data-Driven Strategy: Track and interpret critical KPIs including conversion rates, traffic sources, cart abandonment rates, and repeat customer behavior.
Budget Stewardship: Manage online marketing budgets and ROI projections, utilizing Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to make informed investment decisions.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare weekly performance reports for executive management, providing insights that lead to measurable revenue growth.
3. Customer Journey & Operational Fulfillment
Experience Management: Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, implementing metrics like Net Promoter Score (NPS) to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Logistics Integration: Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure that the promise of "same-day" or "next-day" delivery for tech gadgets is met with precision.
Service Recovery: Resolve escalated customer issues and streamline the refund/return process to maintain brand trust in the digital space.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5+ years in E-Commerce Management, specifically within ICT, Tech Retail, or Consumer Electronics.
Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with Shopify/WooCommerce, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capability for complex data analysis and revenue modeling.
Core Competencies
Strategic Execution: Ability to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets through tactical digital sales campaigns.
Technical UX Knowledge: Strong understanding of website speed, mobile responsiveness, and UI/UI quality.
Leadership: Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams (IT, Graphics, Logistics).
