Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Specialist with a sophisticated business background to lead our market expansion in Nigeria’s key industrial hubs. This is a role for a polished professional who has cut their teeth in multinational environments and understands the nuances of high-stakes business negotiations.

You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from proactive lead generation and market research to contract signing and long-term partnership management. We are looking for a "Business Ambassador" who can bridge local market dynamics with international corporate standards. If you possess a "study-abroad" perspective—particularly with experience in China—and can navigate the Nigerian business landscape with standard professional etiquette, this is your next career leap.

Requirements:

1. Market Penetration & Lead Acquisition

  • Proactive Development: Identify and secure new high-value customers across Lagos, Ogun, and Oyo, translating complex customer needs into viable business solutions.

  • Strategic Research: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to help the team formulate data-driven business plans.

  • Internal Coordination: Act as the vital link between customer demands and internal resources, ensuring that the transition from a "lead" to a "partner" is frictionless.

2. Relationship Management & Contract Governance

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (Any major). Candidates with study experience in China are highly preferred.

  • Experience: 2–6 years of relevant sales or business experience within Multinational Enterprises (MNCs) or large enterprise groups.

  • Language: Fluency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) with standard pronunciation and professional tone.

  • Mobility: Ability to work onsite and navigate the Lagos, Ogun, and Oyo business territories.
