Job Description:
- We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Graduate Trainee – Direct Sales Executive to join our sales team.
- The role involves promoting and selling the company’s products or services directly to customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through direct marketing, field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer queries or concerns.
- Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
