Job Description:

We are on a mission to democratize healthcare. You will be helping busy petty traders, artisans, and hardworking parents access professional medical care without losing a day’s income. By bridging the gap between local communities and modern telemedicine, you are ensuring that a doctor is always just a phone call away for those who need it most.

Requirements:

1. Grassroots Brand Ambassadorship

  • Market Presence: Spend your day on the move in Lagos's busiest hubs—from Ladipo and Trade Fair to Ikorodu and Lagos Island. You are the face of the brand where the people are.

  • The "30-Second" Pitch: Master the art of the quick pitch. You’ll explain how a customer can consult a doctor and get a prescription via their phone without leaving their shop or stall.

  • Trust Building: Overcome skepticism in the informal sector. Use your personality, local language, and "street smarts" to prove that this tech is safe, real, and life-changing.

2. Digital Onboarding & Activation

  • Instant Sign-ups: Guide customers through the registration process and help them make their first payment directly on their smartphones.

  • Tech Mentorship: Show users how to navigate the app or WhatsApp interface, ensuring they are comfortable making their "first-time call" to a doctor.

  • Target Excellence: Meet and exceed daily targets for new registrations and active user calls.

3. Territory & Community Engagement

  • Local Fluency: Speak the language of the community. Whether it’s fluent Yoruba, Igbo, or Pidgin, you know how to communicate with respect and relatability.

  • Persistence: Handle the "Hustle." You aren’t discouraged by a "no"; you understand that building trust takes time and consistent presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: OND, HND, NCE, or BSc. (Base salary is tiered according to your qualification).

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a field sales or community engagement role.

  • Natural Talker: You can strike up a conversation with anyone—from a bus driver to a "market woman"—and make them feel heard.

  • Smartphone Savvy: You are highly comfortable with mobile tech and can troubleshoot basic payment or app issues on the fly.

  • Lagos Resident: You must be familiar with and able to work in areas like Ketu, Aspamda, Iyana Iba, Ajah, or Sangotedo.

Salary

₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
