Requirements:
1. Clinical Promotion & Market Acquisition
Field Sales Execution: Drive aggressive revenue growth by conducting professional detailing sessions with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
Client Portfolio Growth: Proactively identify and onboard new clinics, community pharmacies, and private hospitals to expand the CCP footprint.
Product Advocacy: Educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) on the clinical benefits and competitive advantages of the CCP product range.
2. Territory Governance & Fiscal Responsibility
Account Stewardship: Nurture existing accounts to ensure long-term loyalty and consistent re-order rates.
Revenue Assurance: Take full ownership of the payment collection cycle, ensuring all credit sales are recovered within agreed timelines and properly documented.
Administrative Discipline: Submit granular daily and weekly sales activity reports, ensuring transparency in territory performance.
3. Market Intelligence & Professionalism
Competitor Analytics: Gather and report real-time market intelligence, including competitor pricing, new product launches, and shifting prescriber habits.
Brand Representation: Uphold the highest ethical standards in pharmaceutical marketing, representing CCP with integrity in every clinical setting.
Feedback Loop: Provide actionable insights to the marketing team to help refine product positioning and sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. (A background in Sciences or Health-related fields is a significant advantage).
Experience: Prior experience in Medical or Pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred.
Location: Must be capable of independent travel and effective management of assigned territories.
Core Competencies
Persuasion & Detailing: Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss clinical data comfortably with medical professionals.
