Job Description:

Mshel Homes Lagos is seeking a high-performing, target-driven Sales Executive to drive the acquisition and disposal of premium residential and commercial properties. In the Lagos luxury real estate market, we don’t just sell buildings; we sell lifestyle, security, and long-term wealth.

You will be the bridge between our exclusive property portfolio and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). This role demands a sophisticated negotiator who can manage the entire sales lifecycle—from aggressive lead generation and immersive site tours to the final, high-stakes handshake. If you are a goal-oriented closer with a passion for market trends and a "client-first" philosophy, we want you to lead our sales frontier.

Requirements:

1. Lead Acquisition & Pipeline Engineering

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, high-level networking, and professional referrals.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent flow of prospective buyers and sellers, ensuring no lead cools off without a strategic follow-up.

  • Listing Management: Oversee and update property listings across digital platforms and social media, ensuring all technical specs and promotional content are "market-ready."

2. Client Advisory & Relationship Management

  • Property Consultation: Conduct professional site visits and tours, translating client needs and preferences into tailored property recommendations.

  • Market Intel: Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information on property values and emerging investment hotspots in the Lagos market.

  • Long-term Retention: Build an "investor network" by providing post-sale support and maintaining relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

3. Negotiation & Data Analytics

  • The Art of the Close: Lead high-value negotiations, balancing client satisfaction with the company’s bottom line to secure win-win deals.

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare data-driven sales reports for management, analyzing trends, conversion rates, and competitor activities to refine our strategy.

  • Marketing Synergy: Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns that address current market demands and client preferences.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 2 to 5+ years in professional sales, specifically within the Real Estate or Luxury Goods sectors.

  • Track Record: A verifiable history of meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets.

  • Negotiation: Demonstrated expertise in price negotiations and handling multi-million naira transactions.

  • Software: Familiarity with CRM tools and social media marketing platforms.
