Job Description:

• Reach out to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, chat, social media etc., to promote Paramount Web’s services (web design, web programming, web website maintenance, etc.).
• Qualify leads, understand client needs, present appropriate service solutions, prepare quotations.
• Close sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Generate quotes and invoices
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback.
• Upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients where appropriate.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends, service improvements, and product ideas.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport, trust, and long-term relationships with clients.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and respond effectively to customer needs and concerns.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of web services (e.g. websites, hosting, digital marketing) is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
