Job Description:

Are you a "people person" with a passion for clean energy and community growth? We are seeking a proactive and personable Community Sales Agent to drive sales from the ground up. In this role, you won't just be a salesperson; you will be a neighborhood advocate for sustainable energy. You will build deep-rooted relationships with residents, local businesses, and community leaders to identify energy pain points and offer tailored solar solutions. This position is a perfect launchpad for fresh graduates looking to build a high-impact career in the fast-growing renewable energy industry.

Requirements:

1. Grassroots Prospecting & Outreach

  • Local Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through door-to-door engagement, neighborhood social gatherings, and local referrals.

  • Direct Outreach: Lead community-level "activations" to introduce our renewable energy products to households and small businesses.

  • Strategic Networking: Partner with local community organizations and influencers to gain trust and open doors for sales presentations.

2. Sales Presentation & Consulting

  • Solution Selling: Confidently present solar products and services, explaining complex technical benefits (like long-term cost savings) in simple, relatable terms.

  • Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to show the immediate impact of switching to renewable energy.

  • Closing: Negotiate terms and guide prospects through the purchase process to consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.

3. Relationship Management & Local Insights

  • Customer Stewardship: Maintain ongoing communication with new customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and encourage word-of-mouth referrals.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor local trends, competitor pricing, and community needs, providing regular feedback to management to help refine localized marketing strategies.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted local campaigns that resonate with the specific culture of your assigned neighborhood.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Background

  • Minimum Qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc. in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

  • Location Presence: Deep familiarity with local neighborhoods and an ability to navigate community dynamics.

  • Passion Project: A genuine interest in Renewable Energy and Sustainability is a significant advantage.
