Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing Real Estate Sales Team Lead to spearhead our sales operations and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for building, training, and managing a team of elite sales professionals while personally overseeing high-value client relationships. You will translate market research into winning sales strategies and ensure that every transaction is executed with the highest level of regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the real estate sector and the leadership ability to inspire a team to exceed ambitious quarterly and annual goals.
Requirements:
1. Sales Strategy & Performance Management
Goal Setting: Define and implement clear, aggressive sales targets for the team and individual contributors.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share in target residential and commercial segments.
Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance through data-driven KPIs, providing regular coaching and interventions to ensure all revenue targets are met.
2. Team Building & Leadership
Recruitment & Training: Identify, hire, and onboard top-tier sales talent; lead ongoing training sessions on negotiation, closing techniques, and property knowledge.
Mentorship: Act as a "Player-Coach," supporting team members in closing complex deals and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Incentive Management: Design and manage sales incentive programs to maintain high levels of team motivation.
3. Relationship Management & Market Intelligence
Client Stewardship: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and strategic partners.
Market Research: Conduct continuous analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging real estate hotspots to inform business decisions.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales activities, contracts, and marketing materials comply with local land laws, real estate regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Background
