Job Description:

 We are seeking a result-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive consistent revenue growth. In this role, you will be the bridge between management goals and frontline execution. You will be responsible for supervising daily activities, coaching sales representatives to peak performance, and ensuring a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who thrives under pressure, excels at problem-solving, and is committed to maintaining high operational standards. Requirements:

1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Target Alignment: Set clear daily and monthly sales targets; monitor progress and implement course corrections to ensure the team meets or exceeds goals.

  • Coaching & Mentorship: Train and motivate sales representatives on advanced closing techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

  • Reporting: Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting wins and areas for improvement.

2. Operational Excellence & Floor Management

  • Stock & Merchandising: Ensure proper product display and optimal stock availability; coordinate with the warehouse to prevent "out-of-stock" scenarios.

  • Process Enforcement: Strictly enforce company sales policies, POS procedures, and administrative protocols.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local market trends and competitor activities to provide the team with a competitive edge.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for customer complaints, resolving issues professionally to maintain brand loyalty.

  • Service Standards: Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring every visitor has a positive experience.

  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback to suggest improvements in product offerings or service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Degree: Minimum of BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • History: Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or a high-performing Senior Sales Representative.

  • Technical Skill: Basic computer literacy (MS Excel for reporting); experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a significant advantage.

Scheduling Note

  • Availability: Applicants must be willing to work on weekends. The standard schedule includes weekend shifts with one fixed day off during the week.
