We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Marketing Executive who specializes in the high-ticket property market. This role is not about "cold calling"; it is about strategic lead generation, digital storytelling, and high-conversion follow-up. You will be responsible for creating high-quality content that captures the interest of affluent buyers and managing the critical transition from a digital lead to a physical property inspection. Requirements:

1. Lead Generation & Digital Strategy

  • Qualified Lead Acquisition: Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals through targeted digital marketing strategies and professional networking.

  • Content Architecture: Create compelling visual and written content (videos, virtual tours, brochures) that highlights the unique value propositions of our property portfolio.

  • Campaign Management: Execute cross-platform digital campaigns designed to move prospects through the high-income product sales funnel.

2. Inspection Management & Conversion

  • Inspection Facilitation: Proactively promote and schedule physical property inspections, acting as the primary guide for potential buyers.

  • Strategic Follow-up: Implement a rigorous follow-up system to nurture leads post-inspection, addressing objections and facilitating the closing process.

  • Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with clients to ensure a high rate of referrals and repeat business.

3. Performance Reporting & Analytics

  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide regular reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and the ROI of digital marketing spend.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Experience
