Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, confident, and result-oriented Medical Marketer to drive growth for our eye clinic. This role is perfect for a professional who enjoys field engagement and building strategic partnerships. You will be the face of the clinic, educating individuals and corporate organizations on the importance of vision health while converting those conversations into clinic visits. Your goal is to expand our reach across Abuja by securing corporate accounts, organizing school outreaches, and managing client relationships to ensure long-term loyalty
Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Field Outreach
Market Expansion: Identify and visit high-potential organizations, including schools, corporate offices, NGOs, and government agencies to pitch the clinic's eye care services.
Corporate Partnerships: Negotiate and secure retainer agreements or corporate wellness packages with businesses for staff eye screenings.
Community Education: Conduct basic eye health awareness sessions during field visits to demonstrate the clinic's expertise and value.
2. Client Conversion & Relationship Management
Sales Closing: Proactively follow up on leads to ensure prospects are converted into paying patients.
Referral Networks: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers and community leaders to drive repeat visits and word-of-mouth referrals.
Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute simple, cost-effective marketing strategies such as "Vision Days" or neighborhood outreach campaigns.
3. Reporting & Operational Collaboration
Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of field activities and lead progress using CRM tools or MS Excel.
Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly reports to management, highlighting successes and market feedback.
Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the clinical team to relay patient feedback and suggest improvements to the overall client experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience Academic Background: B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven Tenure: Experience in Field Marketing or Sales (prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales is a major advantage).
Location Knowledge: Good knowledge of Abuja and its surrounding areas is essential for effective field planning.
Core Competencies
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with a "presentalbe" and confident demeanor.
Independence: Ability to meet monthly patient targets with minimal supervision.
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and CRM software).
