Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and charismatic Hospitality Sales & Relationship Executive to drive business growth and elevate our guest experience. This role is designed for a "hunter" who can identify new corporate and individual clients while maintaining the "heart of a host" to ensure long-term loyalty. You will be responsible for promoting our premium services, meeting aggressive sales targets, and serving as a professional brand ambassador. Requirements:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Market Outreach: Proactively identify and approach potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual guests to promote our hospitality packages.
Strategic Networking: Build a robust pipeline of new business through cold calling, site tours, and attending industry events.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas to contribute to the organization's revenue growth.
2. Relationship Management & Guest Experience
Account Stewardship: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to secure repeat bookings and long-term contracts.
Service Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, providing rapid, professional, and empathetic solutions.
Feedback Integration: Gather client feedback to collaborate with internal teams on improving our service offerings and sales strategies.
3. Sales Operations & Knowledge
Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports to track progress and market trends.
Product Mastery: Stay fully informed on all company products, seasonal promotions, and pricing structures to provide instant, accurate information to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Background
Proven Tenure: Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in a dedicated Sales or Customer Service role.
Industry Advantage: Prior experience specifically within the Hospitality or Tourism industry is highly preferred.
Readiness: Candidates must be available to resume within one week of a successful interview.

Proactivity: Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision to identify and close deals.
