Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic Product Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end positioning and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our B2B payment solutions. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, serving as the primary architect of our product narrative. You will be responsible for defining how we win in a competitive payments landscape, equipping our sales force with the tools to close high-value deals, and ensuring our product roadmap is deeply informed by customer insights. Requirements:
1. Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning
Customer Insights: Conduct deep-dive market research and customer interviews to develop robust buyer personas and identify unmet needs in the payment space.
Narrative Design: Develop compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks that differentiate our solutions from competitors.
Competitive Analysis: Build "Competitive Battle Cards" that empower sales teams to navigate objections and highlight our unique technical advantages.
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Sales Enablement
Launch Orchestration: Lead cross-functional GTM launches for new features, including strategic decisions on pricing, packaging, and distribution channels.
Sales Readiness: Produce high-impact sales assets, including pitch decks, case studies, and training modules that translate complex API/technical features into business benefits.
Collateral Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to produce webinars, demo videos, and whitepapers that drive top-of-funnel interest.
3. Performance & Roadmap Influence
Data-Driven Optimization: Track and report on KPIs such as product adoption, conversion rates, and pipeline impact using tools like Power BI or Google Analytics.
Voice of the Customer (VoC): Act as the internal advocate for the user, synthesizing feedback to influence the product roadmap and future marketing investments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Mastery
Proven Tenure: 3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C Product Marketing, specifically within the Payments or FinTech sector.
GTM Excellence: A documented history of successful product launches and market entry strategies.
Technical Translation: Exceptional ability to take complex payment rails/infrastructure and explain them as simple, value-driven business solutions.
Technical & Soft Skills
Analytical Tools: Expert proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, or Mixpanel).
Communication: Master storyteller with elite writing and presentation skills.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to conduct rigorous competitive analysis and persona development in a fast-evolving market.
