Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive / Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. Based in our Ikoyi office, you will be the operational "engine room" of the executive suite, ensuring that schedules are managed, documentation is flawless, and administrative workflows are executed with precision.
Your mission is to balance the technical demands of office management with the soft skills required for high-level stakeholder engagement. This role is ideal for a professional with 1–3 years of experience who is comfortable navigating government bureaucracies and using digital tools to drive efficiency. Requirements:
1. Executive Coordination & Office Governance
Workflow Orchestration: Manage complex calendars, schedule high-priority meetings, and ensure the executive team is fully briefed and prepared for all engagements.
Document Lifecycle: Drafting, proofreading, and managing sensitive correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Word and Excel.
Filing & Archiving: Maintain a rigorous digital and physical filing system to ensure 100% retrievability of corporate records.
2. Government Relations & Regulatory Support
External Liaison: Leverage your experience in transacting with government organizations to facilitate permits, filings, and official documentation.
Compliance Tracking: Ensure all administrative activities align with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
Stakeholder Bridge: Act as a professional first point of contact for external partners, government officials, and visitors.
3. Data Management & Reporting
Spreadsheet Accuracy: Use Excel to track administrative expenses, manage office inventories, and prepare periodic budget reports.
Task Automation: Identify opportunities to use Microsoft Office tools to automate routine reporting and improve turnaround times.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of accuracy in all data entry and record-keeping tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BSc or HND in Social Sciences or a related field from a reputable tertiary institution.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven administrative experience.
Advantage: Prior experience transacting with government agencies is highly valued.
Location: Candidates residing in close proximity to Ikoyi will have an added advantage.
Core Competencies
Tech Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
