We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Operational General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the automobile company, ensuring efficient performance across all branches.
  • The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge and experience in the automobile industry, strong managerial expertise, and proven sales experience, particularly in the importation and distribution of motor spare parts.
  • This role requires frequent interstate travel to supervise branch activities, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall daily operational activities across all branches.
  • Manage and coordinate branch managers and operational staff to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Develop and implement operational processes and business strategies to improve efficiency and sales.
  • Monitor performance of branches and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead sourcing, procurement, and importation of automobile spare parts and maintain good supplier relationships.
  • Track inventory levels and ensure consistent stock availability across branches.
  • Conduct periodic branch visits to provide on-site evaluation, supervision, and staff training where required.
  • Drive sales targets and business expansion initiatives.
  • Evaluate financial and sales reports; provide recommendations for improvements to senior executive management.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s / Master`s Degree
  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years working experience in the automobile industry.
  • Proven managerial experience overseeing multiple business locations or branches.
  • Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts market and importation processes.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • Good communication and report writing skills.
  • Willing and able to travel across states regularly for business operations.
  • Age: 35 years and above.
