Job Description:

• Oversee daily plant operations and production targets
• Drive efficiency, cost reduction & continuous improvement
• Coordinate farm-to-factory supply chain operations.

Requirements:

• Strong background in production planning, manpower management & process optimization
• Knowledge of food manufacturing standards (HACCP, GMP, HSE).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field
• 10+ years experience managing factory operations
