Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Import & Export Operations Officer to manage and coordinate all import and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments from origin to destination
• Prepare and process shipping, customs, and trade documentation
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and regulatory bodies
• Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with import/export laws and company policies
• Check and verify operational data daily for accuracy
• Connect and maintain strong working relationships with partners
• Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in import and export operations
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and trade documentation
• Ability to check and manage data daily with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with partners
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email, tracking systems)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
