Job Description:

We are seeking a high-accountability, detail-obsessed Operations Manager to take full ownership of the daily performance of our short-let apartments. This is a hands-on role for a professional who takes pride in "Hotel-Level" standards. You will be the heartbeat of the property, responsible for everything from deep-cleaning and inventory restocking to guest relations and emergency maintenance coordination. We are not looking for a "supervisor" who watches from the sidelines; we need a proactive manager who will roll up their sleeves to ensure every guest walks into a perfect home.

Requirements:

1. Hospitality Standards & Turnover Management

  • Hotel-Grade Cleaning: Execute and oversee the full turnover process, ensuring apartments are scrubbed, polished, and sanitized to five-star standards after every stay.

  • Pre-Arrival Inspection: Conduct a rigorous "White-Glove" check before every check-in, ensuring all appliances work, linens are crisp, and welcome kits are fully restocked.

  • Laundry & Linens: Manage the logistics of professional laundry services to ensure a constant supply of high-quality bedding and towels.

2. Guest Experience & Coordination

  • Seamless Transitions: Coordinate and facilitate smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, acting as the welcoming face of the brand.

  • Rapid Response: Serve as the primary on-ground point of contact, resolving guest inquiries, complaints, or technical issues with professional urgency.

  • Rule Enforcement: Discreetly but firmly enforce house rules to protect the property and maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors.

3. Property Maintenance & Asset Protection

  • Proactive Inspections: Conduct weekly property audits to identify "invisible" wear and tear before they become guest complaints.

  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee minor repairs and act as the liaison for specialized handymen, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

  • Inventory Control: Monitor and replenish consumables (toiletries, coffee, cleaning supplies) to ensure zero stock-outs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience & Attributes

  • Proximity: Must reside within close proximity to the property location for rapid response.

  • Industry Background: Prior experience in Short-let management, Hospitality, or Luxury Housekeeping is required.

  • Standard of Excellence: A mindset that rejects "average" cleaning; you must have an eye for the smallest details (smudges, dust on top of frames, etc.).

  • Tech Literacy: Must own a smartphone with consistent high-speed internet access for real-time reporting.

  • Integrity: High level of honesty and accountability in managing property assets and keys.

  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently without a supervisor "breathing down your neck."
