Job Description:

As an Operations Graduate Trainee, you will be part of a structured program designed to develop your skills in operational management, project coordination, and process improvement. You will work across various operational units, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to real business challenges while supporting the team in achieving efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations and project coordination activities.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of operational processes and workflows.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different operational areas.
• Minimum 2:2 degree classification.
