Job Description:
As an Operations Graduate Trainee, you will be part of a structured program designed to develop your skills in operational management, project coordination, and process improvement. You will work across various operational units, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to real business challenges while supporting the team in achieving efficiency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations and project coordination activities.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of operational processes and workflows.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different operational areas.
- Minimum 2:2 degree classification.
