Job Description:

• Join Feegor as an Operations Analyst and play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency through in-depth data analysis, process optimization, and performance tracking. In this full-time, on-site position based in Lagos State, Nigeria, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable improvements that support our leadership in achieving strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Operational Performance: Analyze daily performance metrics across sales, sourcing, order fulfillment, logistics, and customer operations to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Data Management: Collect, clean, and interpret operational data to create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and insights that facilitate informed decision-making.
• Identify Inefficiencies: Detect process inefficiencies, cost leakages, and operational risks, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Assist in designing, documenting, and continuously enhancing operational processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• KPI Tracking: Monitor key operational KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with company targets and growth objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Tech teams to implement performance enhancement initiatives.
• Strategic Support: Contribute to strategic planning through forecasting, trend analysis, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets); experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
• Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of operational workflows and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Self-Motivated: Results-oriented mindset and comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-stage organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Proven experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or operational roles within e-commerce, marketplaces, or similar industries.
