Job Description:

• The Engineering Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating engineering activities, managing operational data, monitoring performance, and providing clear insights to management.
• This role focuses on planning, structure, reporting, and team coordination, complementing the technical expertise within the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily activities of the Engineering Unit across locations
• Develop and manage engineering schedules, work plans, and operational workflows
• Collate, analyze, and manage engineering data, reports, and performance metrics
• Monitor compliance with engineering SOPs, safety standards, and company policies
• Provide regular operational reports and insights to management to support decision-making
• Support resource planning, workload distribution, and capacity management
• Work closely with the Head of Engineering to improve structure, accountability, and execution
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of engineering workflows, project coordination, and operational reporting
• Proven experience in managing teams, schedules, and operational data
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
• Ability to translate technical activities into clear management insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering operations, technical operations, or engineering coordination roles
