Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Healthcare Marketing & Partnership Executive to expand our clinic’s footprint and optical service reach. This role is designed for a strategic "hunter" who can identify new business opportunities while nurturing high-value partnerships with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and corporate institutions. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of healthcare growth—from managing on-the-ground eye screening outreaches to executing digital awareness campaigns. Requirements:
1. Institutional & HMO Partnership Management
Strategic Sourcing: Identify and secure new partnerships with corporate institutions, schools, and religious organizations for group eye care plans.
HMO Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for HMOs, ensuring our clinic remains a preferred provider and managing the onboarding of new insurance schemes.
Account Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent patient referrals and service satisfaction.
2. Outreach & Community Engagement
Field Marketing: Design and implement community-based outreach programs and eye screening campaigns to drive clinic footfall.
Awareness Drives: Organize educational seminars and awareness talks on ocular health for corporate and community audiences.
Logistics Coordination: Manage the end-to-end logistics for field events, ensuring all necessary optical equipment and medical teams are deployed efficiently.
3. Integrated Marketing Execution
Digital & Offline Synergy: Implement a 360-degree marketing strategy, utilizing social media, email newsletters, and traditional flyers to promote optical services.
Service Promotion: Highlighting specific clinic offerings, such as specialized eye exams, designer frames, and surgical procedures, to target demographics.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the ROI of marketing activities and provide detailed reports on lead conversion and partnership growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic Background: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant Experience: Previous experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or Service Marketing is highly advantageous.
Field Proficiency: Proven track record of successfully managing field-based marketing activities and outreaches.
Core Competencies
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to pitch to HR managers and HMO executives with confidence.
Proactive Drive: Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the resilience to navigate a competitive healthcare market.
