Stridewaves Limited is a sustainability-driven company offering innovative solutions in waste management, environmental consultancy, personnel outsourcing, procurement, oil & gas support services, security, and healthcare. We are expanding our operations across Nigeria and seeking an experienced, result-oriented Marketing Officer to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, drive business growth, and strengthen our brand presence across multiple sectors.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company services in the oil & gas, environmental, security, and healthcare sectors.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and client leads.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to support business development decisions.
• Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and TikTok.
• Generate engaging digital content (posts, videos, infographics) to promote services and enhance brand awareness.
• Track analytics, monitor engagement, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Draft and edit high-quality marketing proposals, business pitches, and tenders for various sectors.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to design technical and financial documents that meet client standards.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels and subsidiaries.
• Track marketing performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.

• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under minimal supervision.
• Must be proactive, creative, and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Innovative and detail-oriented.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of sustainability, branding, and corporate image development.
• Confident public speaker and persuasive communicator.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Environmental Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, business development, or corporate communications.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, proposal writing, and client acquisition.
• Experience or exposure in oil & gas, environmental, security, and healthcare sectors is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and graphic design tools (Canva, CorelDRAW, Photoshop).
