Job Description:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
• Lead the marketing team and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives.
• Develop budgets, monitor spending, and ensure optimal ROI on marketing activities.
• Oversee brand management, public relations, product launches, and promotional events.
• Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media presence.
• Track and report on performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a food and beverage company.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and trends.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and CRM tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is an advantage).
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in a food and beverage company.
