Job Description:

• Participate in on-ground activations, product demos, and promotional events for assigned tech clients.
• Engage with potential users to drive app downloads, product sign-ups, and account activations.
• Clearly explain product benefits, features, and offers to users.
• Achieve or exceed daily and weekly conversion targets.
• Accurately record and submit user acquisition data and reports.
• Represent the client’s brand professionally and uphold brand guidelines at all times.
• Participate in all training sessions and team briefings before campaigns.
• Gather on-ground insights and user feedback to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with team leads to identify new field opportunities and optimize activation strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face.
• Must be tech-savvy and familiar with smartphones, apps, and digital tools.
• Strong sales or customer engagement ability - able to convert interest into action.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Willingness to work in the field and meet daily targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in field marketing, promotions, sales, or customer acquisition is an advantage (but not mandatory).
