Job Description:
The M & W Nuts Company is seeking a disciplined Inventory/Supply Coordinator to own the movement, storage, and fulfillment of our products. In a fast-moving food production environment, the accuracy of the inventory system is the backbone of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Your mission is to ensure that our physical stock perfectly mirrors our digital records. You will oversee the entire supply chain cycle—from inspecting incoming raw materials to coordinating the logistics of outgoing sales orders. If you have 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations and a "zero-error" approach to data entry and stock reconciliation, we invite you to streamline our inventory ecosystem.
Requirements:
1. Inventory Control & System Integrity
Dual-Record Management: Maintain meticulous inventory records across both digital ERP systems and hardcopy ledgers to ensure 100% data redundancy.
Physical Reconciliation: Lead periodic audits and daily "cycle counts" to ensure physical stock levels align perfectly with system data.
Documentation & SOPs: Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining rigorous document control for the warehouse.
2. Order Fulfillment & Sales Coordination
Invoice Generation: Utilize the company’s sales application to generate accurate order invoices and shipping documentation.
Logistics Oversight: Coordinate with the sales team to manage product supply and oversee the logistics process to ensure timely delivery.
Accuracy Assurance: Perform "Double-Check" protocols on all outgoing products against invoices to guarantee 100% order accuracy and minimize returns.
3. Operational Planning & Safety
Manufacturing Support: Assist in planning production schedules based on current stock levels to ensure consistent order fulfillment.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and storeroom standards to prevent product damage and ensure a safe working environment.
Performance Reporting: Collate periodic sales data and provide routine reports on inventory health, order accuracy, and fulfillment rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations (Retail or FMCG/Supermarket experience is a plus).
Tech IQ: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/Inventory Management Software.
Core Competencies
Data Precision: Exceptional attention to detail with high-speed, high-accuracy data entry skills.
Organizational Prowess: Ability to manage multiple logistics streams and manufacturing inputs simultaneously.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate between Sales, Production, and Quality teams.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret stock trends and generate actionable inventory reports.
