Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our daily fulfillment and inventory operations. In this role, you will be the final link in our customer satisfaction chain—ensuring that orders are processed with precision, packaged securely, and dispatched on time. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our inventory, from receiving and storage to stock reconciliation and dispatch. The ideal candidate is an organized leader who thrives under pressure and can maintain a clean, safe, and highly efficient warehouse environment.

Requirements:

1. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

• Order Processing: Seamlessly transition confirmed orders from the Customer Care team into the fulfillment workflow.

• Packaging Excellence: Oversee the secure packaging of goods to prevent damage and ensure professional presentation upon delivery.

• Timely Dispatch: Coordinate with logistics partners and drivers to ensure all daily orders leave the facility within set windows.

2. Inventory Mastery & Quality Control

• Stock Accuracy: Maintain real-time stock records and conduct regular physical stock counts to eliminate discrepancies.

• Storage Optimization: Design and implement efficient storage solutions to maximize warehouse space and ensure the safe movement of goods.

• Restocking Protocols: Monitor inventory levels proactively and initiate restocking requests to prevent "Out of Stock" scenarios.

• Loss Prevention: Ensure proper handling and storage of all inventory to minimize shrinkage, damage, or theft.

3. Leadership & Operational Safety

• Team Supervision: Lead warehouse staff by assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a team-oriented culture.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety standards for the movement of goods and maintain an impeccably clean and orderly warehouse floor.

• Reporting: Prepare weekly inventory and operational reports for management, highlighting stock turnover and fulfillment efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience & Skills

• Proven Track Record: Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics.

• Operational Discipline: Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to meet aggressive daily dispatch targets.

• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in inventory management software or Excel-based tracking systems.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to manage the physical demands of a warehouse environment, including organizing heavy stock and standing for extended periods.

Location Advantage

• Geographic Preference: Residence in or near Maryland, Obanikoro, Gbagada, Anthony, Oshodi, Ketu, Ojota, or Surulere is a significant advantage for easy commute and operational readiness
