We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, providing day-to-day coaching and guidance on people matters.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy, fairness, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Partner with leaders on performance management, succession planning, career development, and retention strategies.
• Guide and support organizational change, restructuring, and communication plans.
• Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement) to develop actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Interpret and apply HR policies; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's / Master`s Degree with 3 - 10 years experience.
