Job Description:
As we continue to scale, we are seeking a competent and hands-on HR Officer to serve as the backbone of our people operations. This is not a traditional desk-bound role; you will be the primary driver of supervisor performance, ensuring our field and sales leadership teams operate at peak efficiency. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle—from aggressive recruitment and onboarding to rigorous performance monitoring and exit processes. Your success will be measured by how effectively you manage our supervisors, ensuring they lead their agents to hit sales targets while strictly adhering to company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements:
1. Supervisor Coordination & Performance Architecture
Direct Management: Act as the primary manager for the supervisor tier, setting clear, data-driven KPIs that align with company sales objectives.
Performance Auditing: Conduct regular performance reviews and follow-up sessions; identify productivity gaps and implement corrective training or disciplinary measures.
Sales Oversight: Ensure supervisors are accurately tracking agent productivity and that daily sales reporting remains transparent and timely.
2. Full-Cycle HR Operations & Administration
Workforce Planning: Coordinate the high-volume recruitment of sales agents and support staff to ensure all locations are optimally staffed.
Documentation Mastery: Manage end-to-end employment documentation, from offer letters and contracts to warnings and termination notices.
Data Integrity: Maintain precise records for attendance, leave, and payroll validation (commissions and incentives), ensuring that performance data translates accurately into compensation.
3. Employee Relations, Policy & Compliance
Disciplinary Governance: Implement and enforce the code of conduct, ensuring that grievances and misconduct are handled with fairness, consistency, and thorough documentation.
Policy Evangelism: Update and educate the workforce on HR policies and labor regulations, ensuring supervisors lead by example.
Strategic Reporting: Provide management with actionable insights on turnover trends, staff morale, and operational bottlenecks to drive process efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Academic & Professional Background
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Tenure: 3+ years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Officer role.
Advantage: Strong experience managing field staff, supervisors, or high-volume sales teams is a significant plus.
Core Competencies
Leadership & Influence: Ability to manage and direct supervisors effectively without being physically present at all locations.
Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in HR reporting and using data to identify performance trends.
Communication: Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to handle conflict resolution and inter-departmental liaison.
Technical: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR Information Systems (HRIS).
