Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Human Resources Generalist to serve as the backbone of our people operations. In this role, you will lead the full employee lifecycle—from identifying top-tier talent and managing seamless onboarding to overseeing payroll, benefits, and compliant offboarding. Beyond technical HR functions, you will act as a strategic partner to our departmental managers, providing them with the guidance and tools needed to lead their teams effectively. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who understands that strong company culture is built on the foundation of clear policies and consistent support.
Requirements:
1. Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates who align with our values and technical needs.
Onboarding & Orientation: Design and execute a world-class onboarding experience that integrates new hires into the company culture from day one.
Graceful Offboarding: Manage the employee termination and exit interview process with professionalism, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met.
2. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in the accurate processing of payroll and the management of employee benefits programs to ensure high staff satisfaction.
Policy Governance: Develop and uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring all activities are in strict compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
3. Strategic Managerial Partnership
Managerial Coaching: Build strong, trust-based relationships with department heads to help them navigate performance management, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
Culture Advocacy: Serve as a bridge between leadership and staff, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring open channels of communication.
Risk Management: Conduct regular audits of HR records and practices to mitigate legal risks and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications and Skills:
Academic & Professional Background
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience working in a comprehensive Human Resources role.
Core Competencies
Interpersonal Mastery: Exceptional ability to build rapport and handle sensitive conversations with diplomacy and discretion.
Organizational Prowess: Ability to manage multiple administrative workflows (payroll, hiring, policy updates) simultaneously without error.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, capable of drafting clear policies and engaging employee communications.
