The ideal candidate is a CIPM-certified professional who understands the nuances of medical ethics, confidentiality, and the importance of a seamless patient-experience driven by a well-managed team.
Requirements:
1. Talent Acquisition & Clinical Onboarding
Specialized Recruitment: Coordinate the sourcing and vetting of clinical staff (Dentists, Nurses, Therapists) and administrative support teams.
Onboarding Excellence: Design and execute onboarding programs that integrate new hires into the clinic’s specific culture, hygiene standards, and patient-care protocols.
Credentialing: Ensure all medical staff have up-to-date licenses and professional certifications required by regulatory bodies.
2. HR Operations & Payroll Administration
Data Management: Maintain rigorous digital and physical employee records, ensuring 100% accuracy and strict confidentiality.
Compensation Support: Coordinate payroll by validating attendance logs, leave records, and performance-based incentives for clinical staff.
HR Systems: Utilize MS Office and HRIS tools to generate reports on staff turnover, attendance trends, and departmental productivity.
3. Employee Relations & Compliance
Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for staff grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution in line with labor laws.
Disciplinary Governance: Implement disciplinary processes consistently, maintaining the professional decorum required in a high-end medical facility.
Policy Enforcement: Update and enforce HR policies, ensuring all staff adhere to both internal clinic standards and national healthcare regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Professional Status
Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification: CIPM Certification is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Experience & Mastery
Tenure: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within the healthcare or hospitality sector.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a deep commitment to maintaining staff and patient confidentiality.
