We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- This is not a 'paper HR' role.
- You will manage recruitment pipelines, onboarding systems, compliance, performance management, staff discipline, and culture-building for a fast-paced, data-driven organisation. If you want a place where your work shapes the company every single day — this is the role.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Build and manage pipelines for media buyers, telesales, logistics officers, accountants, creatives, and interns
- Run structured screenings, assessments, and interviews
- Manage guarantor verification for delivery agents and office staff
- Ensure only serious, disciplined candidates enter the system
Onboarding & Training;
- Execute our 2-week onboarding program for new hires
- Train staff on soft skills, professionalism, culture, and workplace discipline
- Create and update onboarding manuals, SOPs, and performance expectations
Performance Management:
- Track KPIs across all departments: digital marketing, telesales, logistics, inventory
- Work with managers to implement performance bonuses, weekly scorecards, and appraisals
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Draft contracts, offer letters, NDAs, queries, warnings, and termination letters
- Maintain clean HR records, attendance logs, compliance files, and disciplinary documentation
- Enforce company policies firmly and fairly
Culture & Discipline:
- Uphold Vitalvida's high-performance culture — no excuses, no entitlement
- Coach team members on professionalism, communication, punctuality, and behaviour
- Address conflicts quickly, document issues, and ensure accountability across board
Staff Welfare & Engagement;
- Ensure clear communication between management and staff
- Mediate disputes with maturity and fairness
- Organize staff engagement activities when required
Requirements:
Required Experience;
- 4–6 years in HR, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, logistics, or high-volume SME environments
- Strong experience with recruitment, onboarding, and disciplinary procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage Gen Z teams with firmness and empathy
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, documentation, and people management skills
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to enforce structure and maintain standards
- Experience with HRIS tools (Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar)
- High integrity, confidentiality, and ownership mindset

Salary
