Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Graduate Administrative & Compliance Officer to join our team. This role is a unique entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate to gain high-level exposure to corporate operations, stakeholder diplomacy, and regulatory compliance. You will be the engine behind our staff documentation and the face of the company in essential government and stakeholder engagements. Requirements:

1. Staff Records & File Management

  • Documentation Governance: Own the end-to-end management of staff files, ensuring every record—from offer letters to performance reviews—is accurate, up-to-date, and organized.

  • Data Integrity: Transition physical records into secure digital formats, maintaining a retrieval system that ensures information is available at a moment’s notice.

  • Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of data privacy, ensuring sensitive personnel information is protected.

2. Regulatory & Government Liaison

  • Agency Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for relevant local and state government agencies, managing correspondence and ensuring the company remains in "Good Standing."

  • Compliance Tracking: Monitor regulatory deadlines (permits, licenses, filings) and coordinate with internal teams to ensure all requirements are met on time.

  • Permit Administration: Handle the practicalities of application and renewal processes for various operational certificates.

3. Stakeholder Representation

  • External Diplomacy: Represent the company in key stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating our values and taking meticulous notes for leadership debriefs.

  • Meeting Coordination: Assist in the preparation of briefing materials and presentations for high-level engagements.

  • Communication Hub: Bridge the gap between the company and external partners, ensuring professional and timely information exchange.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Background

  • Academic: A First Degree (B.Sc./B.A.) in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, Public Administration, or any related Social Science field.

  • Experience: 0 – 1 year of experience. We are looking for potential over-tenure. National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) completion is required.

Core Competencies

  • Interpersonal Skills: The ability to speak confidently and professionally with government officials and external partners.

  • Organizational Mastery: A "natural organizer" who finds satisfaction in keeping systems and files in perfect order.

  • Writing Prowess: Ability to draft clear, formal letters and comprehensive meeting minutes.

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital filing systems.
