We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Must have B.Sc / HND in Economics, Human Resources or related field
• Must have 4 years expereince as HR & Admin Executive
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Develop and update HR policies to align with business goals and legal requirements.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
• Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor performance appraisal processes and assist in employee development plans.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and workplace initiatives.
• Handle exit formalities, including offboarding and conducting exit interviews.
• Liaise with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
• Analyze HR metrics and generate reports for management.
• Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and fostering a positive culture.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to improve HR functions.
• Support administrative HR tasks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
