Job Description:
Strategic Marketing & Communications:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that strengthens the company's market position and supports overall business objectives.
- Lead the creation, implementation, and measurement of marketing programs and report progress to the Executive Director.
Planning, Budgeting & Performance Monitoring:
- Develop short- and long-term marketing plans and budgets.
- Monitor performance, ensure adherence to marketing objectives, and evaluate outcomes.
Market Research & Insights:
- Conduct industry trend analysis, competitor research, and customer insight studies to inform positioning decisions.
- Ensure all sales verticals receive updated and relevant market intelligence.
Brand Management & Communication Standards:
- Ensure consistent articulation of PPC’s brand identity across all platforms.
- Uphold “house style” standards for branding materials, communications, and internal/external presentations.
Content & Publication Management:
- Oversee editorial direction, production, and distribution of corporate publications, including product brochures and marketing materials.
- Manage website content, updates, and overall digital presence.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor the Marketing & Communications team, providing direction, performance monitoring, and professional development opportunities.
Promotional Campaigns & Market Penetration:
- Design and implement promotional schemes and strategies to support market penetration across all business verticals.
Special Projects & Brand Initiatives:
- Lead major marketing initiatives such as rebranding, special events, and new product launches.
- Provide weekly sectoral insights and activity reports.
Requirements:
- Marketing management and strategic planning.
- Digital marketing expertise (SEO, paid search, campaign management).
- Consumer insights, analytics, and brand positioning.
- Vendor and stakeholder management.
- Strong B2B marketing exposure.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical, data-driven decision making.
- People management and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications and Skills:
- First degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree in Marketing is an added advantage.
- CIMN, CIM (UK), or other relevant marketing certifications.
- Minimum of 7 years in a B2B marketing environment.
- Experience working with or leading teams in a top advertising agency.
- Proven success managing both ATL and BTL campaigns end-to-end.
Salary
