Job Description:

• Oversee daily security operations and personnel deployment
• Manage client relationships and business development
• Supervise recruitment, training, and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
• Oversee budgets and resource management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 5–10 years’ experience in security, military, or law enforcement roles
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience with NSCDC is an advantage.
