Job Description:
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Insurance Marketing & Sales Executive to lead our market expansion efforts in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. This role is designed for a veteran in the insurance sector who understands the nuances of risk management, policy advisory, and high-value client acquisition. You will be responsible for driving revenue through both individual sales and team-led initiatives, ensuring our brand remains a top choice for corporate and individual protection. Requirements:
1. Strategic Sales & Business Development
Portfolio Growth: Identify and acquire high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients through proactive prospecting and networking.
Product Advisory: Educate clients on complex insurance products, including Life, General, and specialized indemnity covers, tailoring solutions to their specific risk appetites.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities within the Lagos, Abuja, and PH markets to refine sales strategies.
2. Leadership & Team Collaboration
Team Synergy: Ability to lead cross-functional sales teams to achieve collective monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and sales coaching to junior associates to improve overall department conversion rates.
Project Management: Coordinate large-scale marketing activations and corporate pitches from inception to final contract signing.
3. Client Relationship Management
Policy Renewal: Maintain a high retention rate by providing exceptional post-sales support and periodic policy reviews.
Stakeholder Diplomacy: Act as a brand ambassador, building long-term trust with brokers, financial planners, and institutional partners.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic Background: BSc, HND, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
Proven Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in an Insurance Marketing role is mandatory.
Location: Candidates must reside in Lagos, Abuja, or Port Harcourt.
