Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented General Manager to take the helm of our hotel operations. This is a critical leadership role designed for a professional who can blend operational excellence with a "growth mindset." You will be responsible for driving revenue through aggressive local marketing and deep customer relationship management, while simultaneously ensuring that every guest experience meets our premium standards. Requirements:

1. Revenue Generation & Market Strategy

  • Aggressive Marketing: Drive revenue growth by identifying and targeting key corporate and individual customers within the local area.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high retention and repeat business.

  • Strategic Positioning: Formulate and execute competitive strategies based on real-time market trends and competitor analysis.

  • Revenue Streams: Identify new opportunities for partnerships and auxiliary revenue streams (events, corporate retreats, etc.).

2. Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance

  • Daily Oversight: Oversee the synergy between all departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Security) to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Standardization: Develop and implement rigorous SOPs to maintain high-quality service delivery across all guest touchpoints.

  • Facility Audits: Regularly assess facilities and infrastructure to ensure the physical asset is maintained at peak condition.

3. Leadership & Human Capital

  • High-Performance Culture: Lead and inspire the team to deliver "above-and-beyond" guest experiences.

  • Talent Development: Recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring a continuous pipeline of skilled professionals within the organization.

  • Performance Management: Conduct objective performance reviews and provide the feedback necessary for continuous professional growth.

4. Finance, Compliance & Risk

  • Budgetary Control: Manage operational budgets and optimize resource allocation to maximize profit margins.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to health, safety, and hospitality industry regulations.

  • Risk Mitigation: Implement robust risk management measures to protect the organization’s assets and reputation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Academic Background: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven Tenure: 2–4 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry with a documented track record of revenue growth.

Core Competencies

  • Leadership: Exceptional decision-making abilities and the poise to manage multiple teams under pressure.

  • Sales DNA: A strong background in customer acquisition and local market networking.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Master-level communication and customer service skills.

  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Hospitality Management Software (PMS) and financial reporting tools.
