Job Description:

We are seeking a commercially-minded Shortlet Operations & Revenue Manager to oversee a cluster of mid-range properties within a single location. This is a high-impact supervisory role where your success is measured primarily by Revenue Growth and Occupancy Rates. You will act as the bridge between sales strategy and operational excellence—ensuring that while you drive bookings through dynamic pricing, our housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams deliver a 5-star guest experience. Requirements:

1. Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy (Primary KPI)

  • Yield Management: Utilize dynamic pricing tools and market insights to adjust rates in real-time, maximizing both occupancy and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).

  • Upselling: Identify and implement opportunities to increase "Guest Share of Wallet" through add-on services, kitchen offerings, and premium experiences.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly performance against aggressive revenue targets, providing rapid course corrections when needed.

2. Operational Excellence & Site Supervision

  • Quality Control: Conduct rigorous, routine on-site inspections across all units to ensure they meet our "Ready-to-Stay" safety and quality standards.

  • Maintenance Oversight: Actively follow up on all maintenance issues identified during inspections, ensuring they are resolved before they impact guest satisfaction.

  • Team Synergy: Supervise and coordinate multiple departments, including Housekeeping (turnaround time), Kitchen (hygiene/quality), and Laundry (availability).

3. Guest Experience & CRM Management

  • Digital Communication: Lead guest engagement through CRM systems and WhatsApp-based platforms, ensuring professional and rapid response times.

  • Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback, using complaints as a tool for continuous service improvement.

  • Reporting: Prepare intermediate-level reports for management, translating operational data into actionable business insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Academic Background: B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven Tenure: Experience in shortlet, hotel, or serviced apartment operations with a focus on supervising multiple teams.

  • Location: Candidates must reside in or near Ajah and its environs to ensure effective on-site presence.

Core Competencies

  • Sales Savvy: Strong understanding of revenue management and dynamic pricing tools.

  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools (WhatsApp Business, Slack, etc.).

  • Leadership: Ability to lead diverse teams (Kitchen, Laundry, Guest Relations) under pressure.

  • Attention to Detail: A "sharp eye" for maintenance and cleanliness standards
