Job Description:

The Pricing Manager is the tactical engine of Air Peace’s revenue growth. You are responsible for designing and managing fare structures that remain competitive while maximizing yield. This role requires a blend of high-level economic strategy and technical precision, as you will lead fare filing via ATPCO/GDS and respond in real-time to competitor price movements. You will work at the heart of the commercial department to ensure our price-to-market fit is perfect across every route.

Requirements:

• Strategy & Architecture: Maintain a robust fare hierarchy across Economy, Premium, and Business cabins, adjusting dynamically to currency fluctuations and demand.

• Competitive Intelligence: Conduct daily monitoring of competitor pricing and lead tactical responses to protect market share and load factors.

• Fare Distribution: Oversee the accurate upload of fares and rules through ATPCO and GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre), ensuring seamless visibility for OTAs and travel agencies.

• Collaboration: Partner with Revenue Management and Sales to create promotional pricing and corporate deals that drive incremental revenue

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.

• Experience: 5–8 years in Airline Pricing or Revenue Management.

• Technical Tools: Mandatory expertise in ATPCO fare filing and GDS pricing systems.

• Skills: Exceptional numerical modeling (Excel/SQL) and the ability to work under high pressure for rapid price adjustments.
