Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to act as the operational backbone of our digital and content activities. This is a fully remote, full-time role designed for a professional who thrives on organization, data integrity, and creative execution. You will be responsible for maintaining pristine data records while simultaneously supporting the production and distribution of short-form digital content. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can navigate spreadsheets and video editing tools with equal ease, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
1. Data Engineering & Records Integrity
Systematic Data Entry: Execute accurate and timely data entry into Google Workspace/Excel trackers, ensuring 100% data integrity.
Audit & Maintenance: Regularly review internal logs for completeness and consistency, performing version control on all digital assets.
Documentation: Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring administrative tasks.
2. Multimedia Content Support
Creative Editing: Utilize tools like CapCut and Canva to edit high-impact short-form videos and visual assets.
Copywriting: Draft compelling "Hooks," captions, and descriptions tailored for specific social media algorithms.
Trend Analysis: Proactively research trending audio and formats to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
3. Social Media & Operations Management
Platform Coordination: Support consistent posting schedules across multiple social media platforms, ensuring brand alignment.
Performance Tracking: Assist in gathering basic analytics to track the performance of digital activities.
Task Orchestration: Manage master task lists and content calendars, providing regular status updates to ensure all deadlines are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
Technical & Professional Skills
Operational Background: Proven experience in data entry, virtual assistance, or administrative support.
Software Mastery: High proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and/or Microsoft Excel.
Creative Suite: Practical experience with CapCut, Canva, or similar mobile/desktop editing platforms.
Platform Literacy: Deep familiarity with the mechanics of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
Core Competencies
Meticulous Accuracy: An "Eagle Eye" for detail, particularly when managing numbers and sensitive records.
