Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Administrative & Marketing Assistant to drive both our office efficiency and our brand visibility. This role is unique—it requires someone who is organized enough to manage logistics records and "tech-savvy" enough to create engaging promotional content. You will be the engine of our daily operations while supporting our advertising efforts to reach new clients. If you are a creative problem-solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a background in logistics or shipping, we want you on our team.
Requirements:
1. Operational & Logistics Support
Administrative Excellence: Manage daily office support duties, including document filing, data entry, and basic operational reporting.
Logistics Liaison: Assist with shipment bookings and logistics-related documentation (experience in shipping is a significant advantage).
Asset Coordination: Ensure that office supplies and operational resources are always available to support the team.
2. Content Creation & Advertising
Brand Promotion: Support both online and offline advertising initiatives to increase business visibility.
Content Design: Use your graphic design skills to create basic promotional content for social media, flyers, and digital platforms.
Campaign Support: Assist in managing promotional schedules and tracking the effectiveness of advertising activities.
3. Office Management & Reporting
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports for management using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Professional Communication: Handle inquiries and interpersonal interactions with high levels of respect, loyalty, and professionalism.
Organization: Manage time effectively to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic Background: HND or B.Sc. in a related field.
Logistics Insight: Previous experience in a logistics company or shipment booking environment is highly preferred.
Location: Candidates must reside within the Surulere, Amuwo Odofin, Mile 2, or Coker Orile axis for ease of daily operations.
Technical & Soft Skills
Digital Literacy: Mastery of Microsoft Office and internet research tools.
Creative Tools: Basic proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva or similar).
Professionalism: Presentable, hardworking, and respectful, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Autonomy: Ability to take initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision.
