Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact and the "operational engine" behind the MD’s daily activities. You will handle complex scheduling, sensitive correspondence, and high-level logistics with absolute discretion. This position is ideal for a professional who can anticipate needs, manage multiple shifting priorities, and represent the executive office with poise and professional authority.
Requirements:
1. Executive Coordination & Schedule Management
Calendar Mastery: Proactively manage the MD’s complex schedule, prioritizing meetings and ensuring optimal use of time.
Correspondence Hub: Manage and filter incoming calls, emails, and physical mail, responding on behalf of the MD where appropriate.
Gatekeeping: Act as the strategic liaison between the MD and internal teams or external partners, ensuring all communication is professional and timely.
2. Documentation & Technical Support
Reporting & Briefing: Prepare high-quality reports, executive summaries, and research briefs to prepare the MD for board meetings and industry events.
Presentation Design: Create professional PowerPoint presentations and documents that reflect the brand's standards and the MD's strategic vision.
Meeting Secretariat: Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, and record accurate minutes, ensuring all action items are tracked and closed out.
3. Logistics & Special Projects
Travel Management: Coordinate end-to-end local and international travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
Confidential Tasks: Handle sensitive business and personal information with total integrity and confidentiality.
Office Integration: Support the MD in special projects or corporate initiatives, ensuring executive directives are communicated and followed up across the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic Background: HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, International Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Proven Tenure: 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in an executive support or personal assistant role.
Industry Versatility: Experience in Accounting/Auditing, Education (K-12), or Outsourcing sectors is a significant advantage.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English, with the ability to draft formal executive correspondence.
