Job Description:
- Write and summarize reports, emails, and documents clearly and concisely.
- Conduct online research and organize key findings related to compliance, regulation, and training.
- Draft and format client-facing documents, manuals, and presentations.
- Build and update professional slide decks in PowerPoint.
- Assist in developing training materials and course outlines.
- Maintain executive calendars, task lists, and digital filing systems.
- Support with general coordination, follow-up emails, and status tracking.
- Collaborate on content uploading into learning platforms (training provided).
Requirements:
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Strong research and analytical thinking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and dependable.
- Professional communication and time management skills.
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to VGC, Lagos.
- Experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory sectors.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Docs, or LearnDash.
- Comfort with hybrid work culture and fast-paced startups.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Communications, Business, Law, or related fields).
- 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
