Job Description:
- We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executive’s calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Format information for internal and external communication i.e memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Requirements:
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel), database management, relevant software.
- Knowledge of business operations, management principles.
- Excellent communication, organization, discretion, time management, confidentiality and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HND/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Communications.
- 3-5 years’ work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Salary
