Job Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, based in Lagos.
- The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, diary management, and executive support.
- This includes managing communication, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the Managing Director's day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support skills
- Expertise in Diary Management, drafting of letters and sending mail correspondence
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Proximity to location is an added advantage.
