Job Description:
- We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operations Officer (COO) in driving operational excellence across the organization.
- This is not a traditional administrative role—it is a leadership support position requiring strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the COO to focus on high-impact priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Coordinate and monitor key operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Project Management: Lead and track special projects, prepare reports, and manage timelines to deliver results.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present operational data to support decision-making.
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and handle confidential communications.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as liaison between the COO, internal teams, and external partners.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
- Documentation & Communication: Draft presentations, reports, and correspondence with clarity and precision.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally in operations or project management.
- Core Competencies:
- Leadership and strategic thinking
- Advanced organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion and integrity
- Preferred: Experience in health services or consulting environments.
