Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online
presence through creative video and image content, Facebook and Instagram advertising, and
a highly converting, scalable sales funnel. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
running performance-driven ad campaigns, integrating Facebook Pixel and Conversion API, and
optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable ROI
Requirements:
1. Content Creation & Editing
Design and edit high-quality videos and graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and other
social media platforms using tools like Canva, CapCut, CorelDraw or Adobe Suite.
Ensure creative content aligns with the brand identity and campaign objectives.
Create engaging product demos, testimonials, reels, and short-form videos that convert.
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for lead generation
and sales conversion.
Set up and manage targeted ad funnels for different audience segments.
Implement and track retargeting campaigns to recover leads and abandoned carts.
3. Funnel & Conversion Setup
Develop and manage high-converting sales funnels (using tools like Systeme.io,
WordPress, GoHighLevel, or ClickFunnels).
Integrate Facebook Pixel and Conversion API for accurate data tracking and
optimization.
Collaborate with the website and CRM team to ensure smooth lead nurturing and
automation.
4. Analytics & Optimization
Analyze campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
Conduct A/B tests for creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on ad performance, lead cost, and ROI.
5. Collaboration & Strategy Development
Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing efforts with
company goals.
Stay updated on new digital marketing trends, Facebook policy updates, and best
practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and paid ads
(Facebook/Instagram).
Proven success managing ad budgets from ₦2,000 – ₦50,000 daily and scaling
campaigns profitably.
Experience setting up Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and data tracking integrations.
Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and sales funnel automation.
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, ClickFunnels/Systeme.io,
WordPress, Google Analytics, etc.

Compensation Package*

₦150,000 – ₦250,000 monthly (based on skill & experience)
Performance Bonuses:
₦50,000 monthly performance bonus based on KPIs (ROAS, conversions, and lead
targets).
Quarterly Incentives: 1% Commissions for achieving revenue milestones.
