Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy Digital and Content Creator to lead the online evolution of a fast-growing FMCG brand in the pest control and household care sector. Based in Festac, Lagos, you will be the creative architect behind our digital presence, turning everyday household solutions into compelling visual stories.

This is a dual-threat role: we need someone who is half Creative Artist (capable of shooting high-quality reels and designing graphics) and half Growth Scientist (capable of running paid ads and analyzing conversion data). If you know how to make a pest control brand "go viral" while maintaining professional trust, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

1. Multimedia Content Production & Storytelling

• The "Hook" Creator: Produce engaging, brand-aligned videos, reels, and ad creatives that demystify pest control and highlight household care benefits.

• Visual Excellence: Design graphics and write blog posts that educate consumers on product usage, safety, and hygiene.

• Trend Adaptation: Identify and leverage trending sounds and formats to keep the brand relevant in the fast-moving FMCG space.

2. Social Media Strategy & Page Management

• Community Stewardship: Manage daily publishing and community engagement across all social platforms, building a loyal follower base.

• Algorithm Optimization: Track analytics to understand what resonates, continuously optimizing content for higher reach and meaningful engagement.

• Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure online activity directly supports product launches and seasonal promotions.

3. Performance Marketing & Digital Growth

• Paid Media Execution: Run and optimize targeted ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google to drive traffic and direct sales.

• SEO & Web Visibility: Use SEO best practices to ensure our household care solutions are the first thing customers find when they search for help.

• Competitor Intelligence: Conduct regular audits of the pest control and FMCG landscape to ensure our brand stays ahead of the curve.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years in digital marketing (Strong preference for candidates with FMCG or Retail backgrounds).

• Technical Mastery: Proven proficiency in Video Editing (CapCut/Premiere), Graphic Design (Canva/Adobe), and Digital Ad Managers.

Core Competencies

• Creative Resourcefulness: The ability to make "boring" products look exciting through clever hooks and high-quality production.

• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable navigating Google Analytics and Social Insights to prove ROI.

• Growth Mindset: A self-starter who stays updated on the latest AI tools and platform algorithm changes.
